Thank you for visiting www.iyacmedspa.com, a web site of IYAC Medspa (hereinafter referred to as “IYAC”). The IYAC Online Shop (“IOS”) is a part of the  website dedicated to e-commerce managed by IYAC, with its registered office at  One Orchard Boulevard #06-04, Camden Medical, Singapore 248649. The IYAC Online Shop (IOS) is exclusively for existing clients who are based in  Singapore.

Your use of and access to the IOS Site (“Site”) is subject to the following terms and  conditions as well as other terms and policies you may find on the Site  (collectively the “Terms and Conditions”). By accessing or using the Site, you  acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these  terms and conditions. 

IYAC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any  time.

From time to time, the Site may include information that contains typographical  errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing,  and availability. IYAC reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or  omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice  (including after you have submitted your order).

The products available on the Site, are for personal use only. All of the products  purchased from the Site must be used strictly in accordance with the product’s  stated instructions and precautionary guidelines. The statements made about  products on the Site are for informational purposes and are not intended to  diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition(s) or disease(s). 

As individual response may differ (including the fact that some people may  develop skin reactions or other adverse effects to the ingredients used in our  products or in combination with other products being used by the individual), we

You remain  responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and  password and for preventing any third party access to our Site from your computer.  You are responsible for keeping your account information current, complete,  accurate and factual, and by accessing or using our Site, you are deemed to have  agreed that you are personally responsible for all activities that occur under your  account, username and/or password. 

Should any of your registration information change in future you are required to  amend your personal online account immediately. We reserve the right to change  our registration requirements from time to time 

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior  notice if in our opinion there is a breach of these Terms and Conditions or that it  would otherwise be in our interests to do so. 

RETURNS & REFUNDS 

Due to hygiene considerations, all products sold are non-refundable and non returnable. We do not accept exchange of products that have been opened.  Please seek clarification with us should you have any questions regarding our 

products and services, we will be happy to help you with your  

concerns before you place an order.

All information and content available on the Site and its design and representation  including but not limited to trademarks, logos, service marks, text, graphics, images  (the “Content”) is and remains the property of IYAC. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

IYAC will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or in connection  with the use of the Site above the cost of the Products purchased in any one  transaction. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION 

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of  Singapore and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and  conditions and/or accessing this Site and/or arising out of any transaction carried  out through this Site, you will be deemed to have agreed to resolve such dispute  by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore  International Arbitration Centre for the time being in force which rules are deemed  to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The Tribunal shall consist of one 

(1) arbitrator to be appointed by the Chairman of the Singapore International  Arbitration Centre and the language of the arbitration shall be the English language. 

AMENDMENTS 

IYAC reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these disclaimers, terms  and conditions at any time and from time to time by posting the changes on the  Site. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your  continued use of the Site thereafter shall constitute your agreement to the revised  Terms and Conditions.
