Blemish-fighting Toner for Sensitive Skin

Bothered by blemishes, but skin’s too sensitive for harsh medicated creams?

Meet Forest MD’s Blemish Essence – the breakout-busting treatment essence that’s safe for sensitive and irritated skin. Used both day and night, it gently exfoliates beneath the skin’s surface, working to unclog pores, reduce unhealthy bacteria and fungal growth, and balance oil production.

Natural antimicrobials, antioxidants and plant-based skin soothers, including salix nigra bark, succinic acid, witch hazel, clove oil and bakuchiol, help address skin imperfections at their root. Sodium PCA helps make skin smoother and more youthful-looking. With regular use, blemishes are reduced. Skin looks calmer, clearer and softer, all without dryness, redness or irritation.

Ingredients

Salix Nigra Bark Extract 2.5% – A natural alternative to salicylic acid, with added calming and antioxidant properties. Reduces acne and visible pores. Purifies and exfoliates skin, balances oil production, soothes irritation.

Succinic Acid 2% – Offers natural anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and anti-ageing properties. Gently exfoliates.

Witch Hazel – Helps clean and purify skin. Reduces swelling and inflammation, prevents new acne development, makes pores less visible.

Clove Oil – Anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory agent. Reduces redness and itching.

Bakuchiol – Extracted from the psoralea corylifolia plant. Anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory, anti-ageing. Reduces fine lines, wrinkles and discoloration. Balances and controls sebum levels, mattifies and smoothens skin.

Sodium PCA – Natural humectant and moisture replenisher. Hydrates, smooths the skin’s appearance.

Formulated without:
Parabens, propylene glycol, petrolatum, sodium lauryl sulfate, synthetic fragrances or coloring agents, or mineral oil.

Directions

Use this product as a toner both in the morning and evening. Immediately after cleansing, apply two pumps onto the entire face, avoiding the eye area. Pat gently for absorption. Follow with serum and/or moisturiser. For best results, we recommend using this product along with our Blemish Clarifying Lotion.
