Ingredients
Silk Crystal – Natural silk protein in the form of silk fibroin. A gentle yet intensive moisturizer. Stabilizes sensitive skin, blocks UV rays, promotes skin regeneration.
Tremella Mushroom Extract – Extract of snow fungus or bai mu er, a superfood mushroom with anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Hydrates, soothes, promotes healing. Lightens age and sun spots, evens out skin tone, brightens.
Ginseng – Firms and tones skin, boosts collagen, smooths lines and wrinkles, reduces undereye puffiness and dark circles.
Chamomile – Reduces skin irritation, itch and redness.
Formulated without: Parabens, propylene glycol, petrolatum, sodium lauryl sulfate, synthetic fragrances or coloring agents, or mineral oil.
Directions
Immediately after cleansing, apply two pumps onto the entire face, including around the eyes, and onto the neck. Pat gently for absorption. Follow with your favorite Forest MD serum and moisturiser. Use twice daily.
Alternatively, our Hydrating Soothing Essence may also be used together with our Intensive White Lotus Oil to create a deeply moisturizing toner. After cleansing, mix two to three drops of Intensive White Lotus Oil into two pumps of Hydrating Soothing Essence. Gently pat onto the entire face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Use once or twice daily.

Q: Is this product safe to use around the eyes? Does it cause milia seeds/oil clots?
A: Our Hydrating Soothing Essence is safe to apply around the eyes and can help moisturize the delicate skin there. It won’t cause milia seeds or oil clots.
Q: What’s the difference between your Hydrating Soothing Essence and Stem Cell Repair Essence? Can I use both at the same time?
A: Our Hydrating Soothing Essence moisturises and calms dry, sensitive skin. As its name suggests, its key benefit is that it hydrates and soothes skin. It can be used twice daily, morning and evening.
Meanwhile, our Stem Cell Repair Essence is a hydrating anti-ageing mist containing botanical stem cell extracts and powerful natural compounds to smoothen and repair skin, and protect it from the ravages of time and stress. Besides using it as a toner after cleansing, you can also spritz it on anytime during the day or when you are outdoors, to keep skin feeling healthy and refreshed.
Both essences are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin.
If you wish, you can use these essences alternately: one in the morning and the other in the evening.
You can also use them both at the same time, one after the other. (It does not matter which goes on first.) After layering on both essences, you have the option to skip using serum and go straight to moisturizer, especially in the morning. However, if dry skin is a concern, do continue using a serum after you’ve applied the two essences, especially in the evenings.
